There will be an OHS Reunion information table next to the concierge near the front desk area. See Map. We plan to have information to tell people where we will be meeting throughout the weekend and where help will be needed.
6pm –Event’s Center is open for setup Many of us will be setting up in the events center. Come by and say hi or give us a helping hand!
7pm –Starlight Lounge informal Get-together For those not staying at the resort, please join us at the lounge anytime during the evening! It’s only a 15-minute drive from Olympia.
Saturday August 17th
9am –Events Center Open for setup. Coffee and breakfast items provided.
1pm – Lawn Games on Great Lawn in front of Events Center
3pm Events Center opens Your names will be on an admissions list. You will receive your name tag including your 1974 photo.
4pm Appetizers served Asparagus Tips wrapped in Prosciutto, Cucumber Cup with Hummus, Smoked Salmon on Rye Fingertoast, Italian Marinara Meatballs, Vegetable Spring Rolls, Potstickers
5:30pm Buffet opens – Buffet Menu – Salad Bar and Fresh Fruit – Sirloin of Beef & Baked Salmon – Fingerling potatoes, Wild Rice, Grilled Asparagus & Roasted Carrots – Assorted dinner rolls – Cakes, French Pastries, Strawberry Mouse

The Skookum Creek Event Center is an open arena with tall ceilings and good lighting. Decorative eating area with table service alongside the buffet and bars.

A large, covered Veranda is at the entrance. Propane heaters and cocktail tables are available. Smoking is allowed outside by the “Sophomore Pond”. “Four-Square” area!
A low sensory relaxed area in the arena’s SkyBoxes for an isolated laid-back comfortable seating and meeting area overlooking the floor. This area is elevator serviced.
